ROK Stars announce ABK is the Exclusive Beer at all Oktoberfest 2017 events across the UK

24 cities – 50 nights – 250,000 people – 1 million pints

ROK Stars PLC, the consumer products company co-founded by U.S. billionaire John Paul DeJoria and U.K. entrepreneur Jonathan Kendrick, has announced its ROK Drinks division has reached an exclusive agreement to supply ABK Bavarian Beer to all Freemans Event Partners Oktoberfest 2017 events across the UK throughout October.

Oktoberfest UK 2017 will begin on the 6th and 7th October simultaneously in Norwich, Stoke-on-Trent, Chelmsford, Portsmouth and Huddersfield followed by Brighton, Newport, Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Darlington and Preston on the following weekend.

Worcester, Swindon, Watford, Guildford, Rotherham, Maidstone, Middlesborough and Hemel Hempstead will follow thereafter, ending on the 27th and 28th October in Colchester, Croydon, Northampton, Gloucester and Ipswich.

With an estimated 5,000 revellers per event per night, Oktoberfest UK 2017 is expected to see around 250,000 people across the UK enjoy an authentic evening of genuine ABK Bavarian beer, music and food during which an estimated 1 million pints will be consumed.

Commenting, Jonathan Kendrick said “It is entirely right and proper that ABK is the official and exclusive beer for all Oktoberfest 2017 events across the UK as we’ve been brewing our award-winning beer in Kaufbeuren, Bavaria, for more than 700 years and only in the last few years have we begun exporting our beers around the world. To have 250,000 people across Britain enjoy ABK Beer is a fantastic opportunity to enhance our growing market in the UK.”

John Freeman, director of bars at Freemans Event Partners added “We’re delighted to have ABK as the exclusive beer for Oktoberfest UK 2017 as, with its incredible history and heritage, you simply can’t get more authentic than ABK beer.”
