Ronnie O’Sullivan Rockets To Fifth World Snooker Championship Title

Sponsored by OVAL Vodka, Ronnie O’Sullivan became the first player to successfully defend a snooker World Championship title since Stephen Hendry in 1996, after beating Barry Hawkins by 18 frames to 12 to claim his fifth world crown at the Crucible in Sheffield on Monday 6th April 2013.

‘The Rocket’ was back to his genius best and registered a record six Century breaks in the final stage – but it wasn’t the whitewash everyone expected, as his opponent, Barry Hawkins, made him work hard throughout the match.

An incredible effort and a fantastic result for Ronnie and for OVAL Vodka.
